1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using the FedhaBridge application in your platform account, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Description of Service
FedhaBridge provides a bridge between your CRM platform and Safaricom M-Pesa. We facilitate technical communication for STK Push payments and status updates. We are not a payment processor ourselves; all funds are settled directly into your Safaricom Business account.
3. Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid Safaricom Daraja API account and that your platform configurations are correct. You must maintain the confidentiality of your API credentials.
Our Responsibilities: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and ensure secure transmission of payment data.
4. Fees
FedhaBridge fees are separate from Safaricom transaction fees. Any subscription or usage fees for FedhaBridge will be communicated clearly on the App Marketplace listing or our official website.
5. Limitation of Liability
FedhaBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to lost profits or transaction failures due to Safaricom network issues.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for any violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.
